Happy Fall Y'all !!

What a beautiful first day of fall it was around here.

 

 

 I really like these petunias.  I wasn't sure about them when I bought them but they turned out to be perfect for fall color.  Definitely going to try to find more of those next spring.

 

The soybeans are starting to lose their leaves won't be long till the combine is rolling.

 

The mums are loaded with buds, too.  More pictures of them to come in a few weeks.....

Southern Cove Power Reunion

 

What a beautiful day and a beautiful area for an antique tractor show at New Enterprise, PA.  Lots of really nice equipment on display.  Sure makes you realize how far and comfortable and more safe modern machinery has become!! 

 

 

Wheel Horse Card

 

This is the Wheel Horse card I couldn't find the picture of to add to my crochet cards post.  It was hiding on my iPad.....

Polished wheels and new tires

A nice rainy day calls for catching up on some things.

 

 

 

Time for new front tires on my truck tractor so it was as good a time as any to polish the wheels, too.

Crochet Cards

 

It all kinda started with this cute little cartoon someone gave me.....

I just had to come up with something!!

The first card I did I saw an idea in a crochet magazine so I came up with my own flowers.

 

 

Then with my Dad's birthday coming I had to try a tractor....

 

and me with my great computer skills these all ended up upside down and I can't get them turned around but here is a horse for Addie's birthday...

 

and my Mom asked me to make my niece and nephew ones with their vehicles on for their birthdays...

 

 

and my cat loving sister one for her birthday. 

 

I also made one with a Wheel Horse lawn mower on for a friend but I can't find the picture of that one now.  Don't know what is going on with my computer today!!
