This table runner was the third design I had published in Crochet World. It was in the December 2008 issue and also in Crochet World's Christmas Jubilee Fall 2009 issue. Unfortunately I don't get any money out of it but it's there if you want to make it yourself :) They also have a better picture of it on there than I have here. It is 295 rows long and 61 rows wide. Finished size is 11 1/2" x 40". Worked in size 30 thread with a size 10 hook it took quite a while to make !!
I've seen this on a lot of sites, pinterest, etc.. It's very nice.

ReplyDeletewow! it has taken me years to find this site. If your the woman who designed this beautiful Santa is Coming to Town runner, I praise you. I have the design/diagram but have lost the instructions, and materials list. I've had to move several times since and have lost several crocheting books and tools, it has taken me several yrs to replace hooks, etc..If you could be so kind to send me a copy of the directions I would really appericate it, as I am now a hospice patient and would love nothing more during this time to make this beautiful runner as a last gift to my daughter.
