It's Harvest Time

 

Started combining  wheat on July 5th, Rick helped out cutting at my Dad's.  He had a helper for a while that day. 

 

 

My nephew Anthony was running my Dad's combine, too.

 

Makes things go a lot faster that way !!

 

Started cutting wheat here on the 6th in front of the house.

 

 

 

Then on back in the other field after that.

 

 

 

Sure was a picture perfect day !!

You don't get a much prettier sky than this especially in July !!

 

 

 

Got a much needed rain this evening so that will delay things a little bit.  Won't be too  much longer and we will be finished.
