Post Stitch Tote Bag

 

I recently completed this tote bag.

 

Can't decide if I like it yet or not.  It's really heavy for one thing....

 

It's worked in double crochets and post stitches to make the diamond pattern stand out. It's worked in Hilos La Espigna nylon size 24.  I think it need to be worked in a thinner thread.  This just seems too big all over but I still want to do some tweaking of the pattern.  I haven't given up on it yet !! One day I look at it I like it then the next time I don't.  I think I need to do away with the gusset on the bottom and see how that looks but that's a project for another day...
