Mulch Time

I had one flower bed I didn't get around to mulching last fall so I tackled it the other day.

 

 

Thought maybe it would sweat out this cold I have.....

 

 

.....didn't work but the mulch turned out nice so at least I accomplished something.

There is some corn poking up in those brown fields in the background. Hope the frost they are calling for tonight doesn't hurt it !!

 

 

I found these pretty "Million Bells" the other day and thought they would look nice in the tractor planter.  Sure love the colors of them.  They will look nice into the fall when the mums are blooming (hopefully) around them.
