Lighted Snowman Ornament

Here is a pattern that will be great for the holidays or make up several for the fall craft shows coming up or even for gift giving or a package tie on!! It is for a lighted snowman ornament. The ornament pieces are crocheted in halves and stiffened around Styrofoam balls. The halves when dry and removed from the forms are glued together with permanent fabric glue and the pieces hot glued together. The hat is stiffened over a drink bottle cap. The patterns have instructions for the body to leave a hole for a Christmas tree light bulb to be inserted in or you can make it without the hole and just have a regular ornament. They are cute just standing alone as well and would be a great winter decoration. They look pretty neat with the light shining thru them. They are 4” tall and about 2” wide and are made from size 10 crochet thread. They work up pretty quickly and it's easy to make several at a time. You can get the pattern at:

They are pretty darned cute!!
